According to science

Every whole food has a pattern that resembles or has a physiological function that resembles an organ in your body and that this pattern works as a signal or sign as to the support the food provides.

A known list of whole food signatures:

If you cut a carrot it resembles a human eye. The pupil, iris and lines look just like a human eye…and it is well known that carrots significantly improve blood flow to and helps with the function of the eyes.

Tomatoes have 4 chambers and are red. The heart is red and also has 4
chambers. Research proves that tomatoes are indeed pure heart and
blood food.

Grapes hang in a cluster that is in the shape of a heart.

Grapes look like a blood cell and research proves that grapes are also a great heart and blood stimulating food.

Walnuts resemble the brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper
cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Wrinkles and folds are on the
nut resembling the neo-cortex. Walnuts assist in the development of over
3 dozen neuro-transmitters for brain function.

Kidney Beans heal and help maintain kidney function and they closely resemble the human kidneys.

Celery, rhubarb and more have the shape of bones. These foods explicitly target bone
strength. Bones consist of 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. If you are lacking sodium in your diet the body draws it from your bones, making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal desires of your body.

Eggplant, avocados and pears focus on the strength and function of the womb and cervix and they also resemble these organs. Research has proven that when a woman eats at least 1 avocado per week, it will balance her hormones and help to discard unwanted birth weight and helps to prevent cervical cancers. Amazingly, it also takes exactly 9 months to grow an avocado from blossom to a ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 phytolytic chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods (science has only studied and named about 141 of them).

Figs are rich seeds and hang in twos when they grow. Figs are known to increase the motility of male sperm and increase the amount of sperm as well to conquer male sterility.

Sweet Potatoes resemble the pancreas and balance the glycemic index of diabetics.

Olives aid in the health and function of the ovaries

Grapefruits, oranges, and other citrus fruits resemble the mammary
glands of the female and actually support the health of the breasts and the movement of
lymph in and out of the breasts.

Onions resemble body cells. Onions help clear waste from all of the body cells and produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes

Peanuts have an intense effect on the testicles and sexual libido.
Peanuts were banned as a food for males by the church often during the middle ages. People may not realize that arginine, one of the main ingredients of Viagra, derives
from peanuts.

Isn't this amazing.
